Carry Forward 5k, Wounded Warrior Fundraiser
Join us as the Dallas Area Invited Clubs come together to raise money for injured veterans by participating in the Carry Forward 5k! All proceeds will go to the Wounded Warrior Project. The race takes place out on our beautiful DYE course. Participate as a FLAG carrier, by carrying a flag. Participate as a FITNESS warrior, by carrying extra weight to represent the responsibilities veterans bear. Participate as FIERCE, by carrying another person, symbolizing one warrior carrying another in times of need. Registration fee is $50, with the option to donate more.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that’s said to be located at the base of your spine. As Kundalini yoga awakens this energy, it’s supposed to enhance your awareness and help you move past your ego.
